2) How do I get a quote?

Use our “Get a Free Quote” form for the fastest, most accurate estimate. Add a few photos and we’ll follow up with pricing and available times.

3) How soon can you schedule?

Most jobs can be scheduled quickly depending on workload and weather. If you need a specific date, mention it in the quote form.

4) Do you do residential and commercial work?

Yes, we handle residential homes and light commercial properties like small storefronts, walkways, and parking areas.

1) What do you clean?

Common projects include driveways, sidewalks, patios, pavers, entries, and exterior concrete. We also offer select exterior cleaning for siding and other surfaces, depending on the material.

2) How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on surface type, size, level of buildup (oil, algae, mildew), access, and any add-ons. Photos help us quote accurately.

3) Do you offer bundles or multi-area discounts?

Yes. If you’re cleaning multiple areas (driveway + sidewalk + patio), we can usually price it more efficiently as a bundle.

4) Is there a minimum job size?

Sometimes, depending on distance and scope. Submit your request and we’ll confirm quickly.

Safety, Surfaces, and Results

1) Will high pressure damage my concrete or pavers?

We adjust pressure and technique to match the surface. Our goal is to clean effectively without etching or damaging the material.

2) Do you use chemicals?

When needed, we use cleaning solutions designed for exterior surfaces to break down grime, algae, and buildup. If you have pets, plants, or sensitivities, note it in your request.

3) Do you protect plants and landscaping?

Yes. We take precautions around plants and will pre-wet/rinse as needed. Let us know about delicate landscaping near the work area.

4) Can you remove oil stains?

Many oil stains can be improved significantly, but results vary depending on how old the stain is and what soaked in. We’ll set expectations before starting.
